Doesn’t work. I have severe insomnia. When it gets bad, I can average 90 minutes a day for about a week before I have to check myself in. Microdosing weed three times a week keeps me at a fairly even 5-6 every night, which is pretty good for me.
Most days, I sleep 4-6 hours. But I work 12 hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. When I get out of work on Sunday I’m fucking exhausted, and I’ll sleep 10-12 hours.
I want this so much. Best I can do is six.
