    Hell yeah V-Tech. Pretty sure I had one of those blue phones in my room when I became a teenager. Or it might have been in my dorm, can’t remember.

    This was my jam as a kid. If it was possible, my house would be early oughts shrek instead of mid century modern, but even the shitty stuff from the 70’s will outlast the best of 2002.

      I used to entertain myself on long bus ride into school watching the antiSkip bars go down when we hit bumps. Good times.

      Also popping the plastic window off my cd player so I could stick a sharpie through and make cool swirly patterns on it while it played (only ever on burned discs, purchased ones were precious lol)

      CDs in discman tend to misalign with the laser when the device was disturbed thus it was skipping. With the anti-Skip feature the device buffered the next few seconds so that in case of a skip the buffered seconds would be played instead.
