on my phone I installed davx5 which does the copying over to my radicale instance on my server. Then my server backs up my calendar and contacts.

When I get a new phone I can sync all of it over easily. Bonus points, google doesn’t have that data.

You can go semi-advanced mode by using regex to ignore certain line changes. Some sites require you to go super-advanced mode by using playwright running in a headless-v2 container rather than just plain text mode.

It’s nice being able to see the history of changes. Especially when there’s multiple rapidfire changes.

Maybe it’s a pretty graph/reports thing? I enjoy looking at the pihole dashboard and reviewing top blocked domains. I even look at the top allowed domains and add some to the blacklist.

Recently discovered changedetection.io. It nicely filled the need I had. I have it watching a few static forum posts for updates that are communicated that way.

True. One thing that helps is I hate delivery apps. I only use them when work gives out gift cards. The food is always cold and garbage when I finally get it. And not using those helps save money a lot too.

Nah, we tend to either stay home or when we go out to do things on the weekends they’re quick errands and we’re right back home.

On Saturdays for lunch we let the kids pick. Me and my wife work from home, on Tuesdays she gets to pick where we go for our lunch date and Thursdays I get to pick.

The wife likes to pick sushi, panera, taco bell, and a good local burger joint.

I like to pick Qdoba, Firehouse, Burger King, local Indian place, chick-fil-a, and random new places around town.

Going out to eat. I try to limit myself to 3 times a week.

Oh, is that why everyone hates matrix so much? I’ve been rocking it for years for me and my wife to communicate. It’s been pretty solid. Calls/video calls are hit and miss, but the chat has been great. I’ve never federated it. Account creation is locked down, local auth, etc.

Makes sense. CPU/Mobo/RAM typically go together in a rebuild. Storage, case, PSU, perepherals, GPU can often carry over between builds as they’re all pretty backwards compatible.
