Some people best serve this world by leaving it. Burn in hell, Kirk.

Give a shit.

I left Facebook after 18 years. It’s nothing like what I originally signed up for.
Facebook is nothing but boomers, bots and AI generated click bait. A cesspool of our own creation.
Burn. It. All.

Normal people don’t need a phone to pass the time.
With that being said, the amount of brain rot competing for our attention is staggering.

I miss arena shooters.
This battle royale stuff just doesn’t turn my crank.

Meh. I had the original Starfox 64 VHS promo cassette that hyped the game and rumble pak. The game got bumped as my birthday gift request by GoldenEye 007, but I eventually bought the game in its chunky cardboard box; Rumble Pak and all.
I thoroughly enjoyed the N64 game and had more exposure to that one than the original SNES title, but I think I’ll wait for either PC emulation or I cave and buy a Switch 2. The former is more likely at the moment.
It looks nice, but it’s no “killer app.”

An IBM AS/400 has entered the chat.
My asshole puckered every time we had to reboot that sucker.

I was more of a Guybrush Threepwood kind of point and click gamer.

I didn’t know Baraka was a limey.

I’ll never understand Spotify. If it’s such a pain in the ass why do people use it? Napster was big when I was in high school so if I find a song I like, I go download it. Sometimes it’s piracy. Sometimes it’s a legitimate purchase. Whichever is easiest.
Done. The end. It’s mine forever.
As far as discoverability goes it helps that there have been no new music releases in the past couple of decades that I care about.

RCT made my night classes in 2003 tolerable.

I’m no economist but the academic model of capitalism works just fine. The problem is when you have moral and ethical failings while legislating off the guardrails that keep things fair and people honest.
There’s nothing wrong with capitalism. It’s us.
We’re the problem.

Oh privacy died in the United States decades ago.
Nobody cares because we’re all fat, happy and comfortable.
Once rights are taken, violence is the only way to get them back. History is a wonderful teacher.

The day the vehicle I paid for doesn’t work because a goddamn sensor thinks I’m not fit to drive is the day I break my foot off in someone’s ass.
Fuck this dystopian shit show we’re creating for ourselves.
Vote better.
My anxiety and avoidant personality disorder keep me from having to urge to volunteer.
People make me tired.
The HBO series Silicon Valley was right. We need a new Internet.
Either that or keep meddling politicians from further fucking up the one we already have.
