What if people commit suicide less in china and the DPRK because their lives are actually better? Is it not at least worth considering the possibility that people in these countries are happier? And what makes Chinese and Koreans simpler people than people from there capitalist counterparts, I think all humans are smart and complex individuals with deep, emotional personalities.

As well I think that people consider suicide due to feeling oppressed, unvalued and alienated. Therefore, the difference between societies with high and low suicide rates is a result of how well the society helps it’s lowest and most oppressed members.

It could be , for example if the gov provides a house , food and medical care life would be simpler and I guess in NK every one has a job and don’t have to deal with BS corporate shit and HR assholes so life is simpler there so less suicide

the difference between societies with high and low suicide rates is a result of how well the society helps it’s lowest and most oppressed members. yes absolutely , with an exception to muslim societies Seriously the only reason I haven’t commited suicide is the miniscule Tiny Hair connecting me to islam , no matter what opressed unlucky indivisual you know I’m 10x more , u can ask u will be suprised

Sorry but Im not following your train of thought. Are you saying that the govenment providing housing, food and medical to people who need it, is not making a better place to live, it is just making a simpler place to live?

Of so what would make a place actually better to live?
