The problem with brave is that the CEO is a very bad person, the company also give me sketchy vibes with the crypto stuff they push

Oh right, i forgor about that, then i correct myself: Valve didn’t give to developers tools to add DRM until 2008
be noted that steam added DRM in 2008 and DRM exist since '90s, one of the first companies to use it was Nintendo, before the 2000 the USA made the DMCA (i think?) 2001, 2003 and 2004 the EU also passed some law about copyright protection(and maybe DRM?) in the early and mid 2008 many companies before valve started to also use DRM (see Spore, assasin’s creed, etc etc) during the later 2008 and early 2009 DRM was also added by EA, Ubisoft and Atari, alonside Valve

22·9 days agoPut your phone away! Listen to your elders!
That’s enough reason to not listen you, the fact that you are old doesn’t make you smarter, wiser or more worthy of respect
Yeah, that’s the main problem with that idea sadly, the third neutral gender is a good one too but it’s hard to pull off something decent…that’s the problem with forcing a change on a language .-.
The @ is just a fancy a, so i don’t think it’s a good idea, generally i don’t think it’s a good idea to use any letter or symbol that doesn’t match at all our languages, it just feel to forced and most of those “solutions” include a group but exclude another big group: people with dyslexia, but also those with dysorthographia at times;
My take is: we ditch one of the 2 genres and we have only one, or we add a thirdy one with a nicer sound than shit like -x, -ə or -u which is kinda hard tbh, maybe we can take a letter from some other alphabet?

1·17 days agoI’d prefer an open source solution too, but tbh, there are other (more lazy) ways for the publisher, like sharing the APIs specifications so the people can make their own server, i hope that the EU will take the open source approach tho

1·17 days agoThe artwork and music is usually on the client side (and if it’s not, the programmers need to get good lmao) so it’s really not a problem
But in many of these cases they’re saying open source it so volunteer group XYZ can host a server and keep the game alive
open source refers to a computer program in which the source code is available to the general public for usage, modification from its original design, and publication of their version (fork) back to the community
(copied 1:1 from wikipedia, i was too lazy to write it myself)So no, open source don’t mean that a specific group keeps the server game alive by hosting a server but that the server code is aviable to the public to do whatever they want;
Another solution is making the code Source-available (like some companies already do: eg Mojang) or just distributing a copy of the server for people to use, without being open sourc

2·19 days agoIf you can make a multiplayer game over the internet, you can make a multiplayer LAN mode or even share the server implementation or give API specifications to allow the community to make their server software
It should be very easy to replace it (but i have no expirience specifically with cars, so idk if they make it harder than it should be)
I think you skipped the rest of the reply
You made me want to do the same challange, but i’il do it on minecraft with the Create mod
You could make structures that get high and then became wide

Which of course is miles better than to be named after a slur for disabled people, but still not the best SSO.
Huh? Which software?
Yep, that’s why i ask for half, the other half will be split between them; I’d actually want a higher number but sadly we are in capitalism
